On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi sent a message of congratulations to President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sargsyan.

The message said: "On the occasion of the Independence Day, I send you my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the friendly Armenian people.

I hope that the traditional valuable bond of our friendship and multifaceted cooperation will continue to be strengthened in the coming years in various fields for the benefit of our two friendly peoples."
